Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Yes We Can! Hot Honey Carrot Pickle brine
- 2 oz NH gin (or any quality dry gin)
- Top with sparkling water
- Ice
- Cucumber slice or fresh herb
Directions
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Add the brine and gin.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with cucumber slice or a fresh herb sprig.
